How to Create an Experience with Atlas

Step 1: Open Atlas

Atlas appears as a chat prompt box in two places: the Homepage and the Content Experiences page. It can also be used to edit an existing experience via the sparkle icon in that experience’s setup.

Step 2: Describe the experience

Enter the experience description in the chat field. Include the intended change, audience, and objective. Additional detail reduces the number of follow-up questions.

Example: "Test a sticky add-to-cart button on mobile PDPs against the current layout, targeting all visitors."

Step 3: Answer any follow-up questions

Atlas asks a follow-up question when it needs more information. You can change your answer at any point in the conversation, and Atlas will adjust accordingly.

Step 4: Review the configuration

Atlas displays a task list that shows groups, targeting, analytics, and content modifications as they are configured.

Step 5: Edit the draft

The draft can be edited before activation, including targeting, copy, and content modifications.

Step 6: Start the experience

The experience remains inactive until manually started. Use the standard start action once the draft is finalized.
