Missing Orders & Visitors - Thursday 03/21

March 21, 2024 at 1:30 PM ET: All systems are currently operational and working as normal

On Thursday, March 21st, 2024, Intelligems experienced an outage between around 1 and 1:30pm ET that impacted track events for all live tests. At 1:30PM MT released a fix that resolved the issue.

This issue only affected the analytics and did not affect any customer or onsite experiences. There should also be no effect to Google Analytics if that integration is enabled.

For any A/B tests that were running on March 21st, Intelligems will report lower order and visitor counts for 03/21 only. All data outside of the aforementioned window is unaffected.
